The kids are very surprised to learn this morning that I existed before Elmo. Sesame Street with no Elmo? True? Yes. And thanks to Netflix, we can see Luis and Maria way back when, visiting Mr. Hooper.

and I know you don't want to hear this, but it's been snowing all day here.... they had to plow and salt our road
of course, that's partly due to it being *this* side of Christmas
